How to get Safe Learner for your students

Safe Learner is available as part of the registration fee for the Edexcel BTEC Safe Learning in the Workplace. The materials can only be obtained with a registration on this qualification.

I am interested in Safe Learner but my organisation is not currently registered as an Edexcel BTEC Centre

To access the interactive Safe Learner e-learning content you need to be an Edexcel BTEC Centre. Each student is then required to be registered on the BTEC Level 2 Safe Learning in the Workplace qualification to have access to the e-learning. There is comprehensive guidance on how to become a centre on the Edexcel website

Once you have registered your students, contact us by email safelearner@ddluk.com or telephone 0191 280 4162. We will help you to set up your e-learning account so that you and your students can have access to the online materials.

I interested in Safe Learner and my organisation is already registered as an Edexcel BTEC Centre

As an Edexcel BTEC centre your BTEC Quality Nominee or Examinations Officer should be able to obtain approval to run this qualification immediately using Edexcel Online. Each learner registered on the Edexcel Level 2 Safe Learning in the Workplace qualification can have a 1 year licence to the Safe Learner e-learning materials without any additional charge.

I have already registered my students on the Edexcel BTEC Safe Learning in the Workplace and would like to access the e-learning materials

To access the interactive Safe Learner e-learning content, contact us by email safelearner@ddluk.com or telephone 0191 280 4162. We will help you to set up your e-learning account so that you and your students can have access to the online materials.

Please let us know how many students you have registered on the qualification with Edexcel and the name, address and telephone number of your school or organisation.

I already have students using the e-learning, I have recently registered new students and would like to add more licenses to my account

If you have registered new students with Edexcel and would like them to access the Safe Learner e-learning content, contact us by email safelearner@ddluk.com or telephone 0191 280 4162. We will add the extra licences to your account so that newly registered students can have access to the online materials.

Please let us know how many new students you have registered with Edexcel and the name, address and telephone number of your school or organisation. Only students that have registered on the BTEC Level 2 Safe Learning in the Workplace qualification with Edexcel are able to have access to the learning materials.
